3 Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on sambal888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. sambal888 does not permit access by persons under 21, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of sambal888 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
- You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or barred from any gambling platform or gambling regulatory scheme.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account restriction.
4 Account Registration & Security
4.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
4.2 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or from the same device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. sambal888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. sambal888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify sambal888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sambal888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.4 Account Verification
sambal888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including — but not limited to — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents include Malaysian MyKad, international passport, and valid government-issued photo identification.
5 Deposits & Payment Methods
5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for bank transfer and FPX methods, and RM10 for e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay). Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. DuitNow deposits are capped at RM50,000 per transaction.
5.3 Deposit Confirmation
DuitNow and e-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
Note: All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may trigger an AML review. sambal888 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
6 Withdrawals
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal
A withdrawal request may only be submitted from a fully verified account. Players who have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission. Additionally, any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements must be forfeited or completed before the associated real money balance is released for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Terms
7.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by sambal888 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal is permitted. Common wagering multipliers on the sambal888 Platform range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus
While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or round is RM250 unless the specific promotion terms specify a different limit. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount while using bonus funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
7.4 Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. The following standard contribution rates apply unless specified otherwise in individual promotion terms:

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Suspension by sambal888
sambal888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML compliance obligations, regulatory instruction, or the Player's own responsible gambling request.
10.2 Closure by the Player
A Player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days of closure confirmation, subject to completed KYC verification.
10.3 Self-Exclusion

13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sambal888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether foreseeable or not;
- Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or downtime caused by factors outside sambal888's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events;
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
sambal888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using sambal888, you acknowledge that you may lose money. sambal888 does not guarantee any winnings and makes no representations regarding expected returns on any game or betting market.
14 Amendments to These Terms
